Question 1

How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Head to our Order page and choose van collection or an office lunch drop, build your order from the full menu, then pay securely by card. Prefer to order in person? Just pop over to the van, or give us a call.

Question 2

Where do I collect my order?

Accepted Answer

Collection orders are ready to pick up from our van at Vines Close Farm, Dorchester Road, Sturminster Marshall, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 3RW.

Question 3

Do you deliver to offices?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we deliver scheduled lunch drops to offices we've set up nearby. Each drop shows an Order by time — finish ordering before then, then collect from reception with your colleagues.

Question 4

What are your opening hours?

Accepted Answer

We're open Monday 11:00–14:00, Thursday 11:00–14:00, Friday 11:00–14:30, Saturday 11:00–14:30, Sunday 11:00–14:30. See our Find Us page for the full weekly schedule and directions.

Question 5

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Online orders are paid securely by card through our checkout. If you order in person at the van, we also accept cash.

Question 6

Can you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

We cook everything fresh in a compact van, so we can't guarantee any dish is completely free from cross-contamination. Full allergen information for every item is on our Allergens page — please tell us about any allergy before you order.

Question 7

Do you have vegetarian options?

Accepted Answer

Yes — our menu includes vegetarian burgers, and every item is clearly marked so you can filter for vegetarian choices when ordering.

Question 8

What happens if an item is sold out?

Accepted Answer

Because everything is cooked fresh, a popular item can occasionally sell out for the day. Sold-out items are clearly marked on the menu and will be back on the list once we're stocked up again.

Question 9

Can I change or cancel my order after paying?

Accepted Answer

Call or email us as soon as you can. If we haven't started cooking for your slot, we can usually cancel and refund. Once cooking has started, we generally can't refund for a change of mind — see our Refund policy.

Question 10

How do I get in touch?
